With its core functionality to help you track your steps and stay connected, HealthForYou is your perfect companion device app to make sure you stay active, healthy and connected. 

The activity area helps you to make sure that you walk enough steps every day and that your body moves enough. You also have the option to enable smartphone alerts for your activity tracker. This will give you call and SMS alerts as well as notifications from your messenger services directly to your tracker so you can stay connected throughout the day.
